– Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned accounts.
– Act as the day-to-day contact between the company and assigned clients to identify, communicate, and make necessary changes to correct issues, address needs, and grow the business within the accounts.
– Work with assigned accounts on strategic operational needs, including but not limited to, reporting, educating, and training to strengthen the relationship.
– Responsible for all new deals and proactive client management as well as relationship management of existing clients.
– Define detailed scopes of work and create proposals for projects.
– Assign tasks/projects to proper teams. Experience with Asana or a similar tool is required.
– Ensure all client deliverables are met.
– Set up meetings with clients, relaying all important information to the appropriate teams.
– Manage internal teams through all phases of project execution.
– Monitor ongoing status of projects and communicate with clients to keep them up to date.
– Deliver on-time, on-scope, and on-budget projects to clients.
– eCommerce experience in general would be a huge advantage (Shopify, VTEX).
