Due to our expansion plans in our Real Estate division, we´re searching for a Lead Growth Executive.

The main purpose of this role is to generate leads proactively through the digital platforms such as linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Loopnet, Crexi, Tenantbase and new apps for our current and future Real Estate developments across the U.S.

The bulk of time will be spent searching for contacts, databases,  sending emails, entering them in our CRM, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. The ability to build rapport and empathize/sympathize with leads is crucial.

Also the candidate must manage the leads to ensure each one is given the best chance to be monetized. This position must be proactive searching and using the correct tools to generate the first approach.


What will you be doing?:

– Proactive Lead Generation through digital platforms and databases.
– Follow up with existing leads within CRM from all Marketing Sources.
– Schedule appointments for Sales Team on group calendar
– Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Team
– Create a warm hand off for the Sales Team to connect with viable leads.
– Follow up on appointments that have been completed by Acquisitions.
– Follow up on customer journey
– Updates KPIs every week
– Collaborate with E-mail Marketing strategies: ex Mailchimp
– Collaborate with Content Strategy in Social platforms
– Answer Chat Olark



What are the requirements?:

– 1-3 years of work experience in sales, digital marketing or similar.
– Demonstrable experience leading and managing lead generation, marketing databases, email campaigns and content strategies.
– Degree in marketing, communications, administration or a related field
– Fluent in English and Spanish
