#Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
– Extract, clean, and analyze data from Shopify and other integrated platforms.
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize the customer journey and enhance the user experience.
Performance Optimization:
– Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO), upselling, and cross-selling.
– Review heatmaps and prepare detailed reports on findings, with next steps based on this data.
Customer Insights:
– Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and lifetime value to inform targeted marketing strategies and personalized shopping experiences.
– Implement surveys and report findings to understand customer behaviors, objections, and personas.
– Review analyses to identify recurring pain points, features, benefits, outcomes, and common use cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
– Proven experience (1+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in an eCommerce or retail environment.
– Proficiency in Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
– Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
– Experience with Klaviyo or other email service providers (ESPs)
