Bilingual Creative Project Manager / Audiovisual Production & E-Learning

We are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, and strategically minded Project Manager who enjoys coordinating high-impact creative projects across audiovisual production, animation, graphic design, and e-learning.
Work Modality: Hybrid (50% on-site / 50% remote) – Based in Monterrey

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, coordinate, and deliver audiovisual, animation, design, and e-learning course development projects.
– Lead relationships with assigned clients, including meetings, follow-ups, and executive-level communication.
– Adapt workflows in response to unexpected client changes.
– Manage schedules and resources dynamically, prioritizing key tasks and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
– Coordinate interdisciplinary teams, including designers, animators, scriptwriters, editors, voice-over artists, integrators, and others.
– Manage projects using tools such as Asana (required) and other collaborative platforms.
– Oversee multiple simultaneous deliverables while ensuring quality standards.
– Manage client and stakeholder feedback in a timely and professional manner.
– Document processes and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in creative environments with direct client interaction.
– Excellent communication skills and empathy to effectively coordinate creative teams.
– Advanced English (C1), both spoken and written.
– Strong organizational, reprioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
– Proven experience leading projects with multiple timelines and parallel deliverables.
– Formal project management certification (PMP®, IPMA®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent).
– Proficiency in Asana (mandatory); knowledge of other management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Notion is a plus.
– Experience working with agile principles adapted to creative projects (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).

Nice to Have:
– Additional certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar.
– Experience in educational content production or LMS integration (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.).
– Previous experience working in creative or advertising agencies.
– Familiarity with workflows using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Frame.io, Loom, and similar platforms.
