What we´re looking for:
– 2-3+ years of account management experience from a tech company-ideally with Marketing, Ecommerce / Website or related applications.
– You have experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.
– You have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
– You know how to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
– Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned accounts
– Act as the day-to-day contact between Unmade and assigned accounts to identify, communicate, and make necessary changes to correct issues, address needs, and grow the business within the accounts
– Work with assigned accounts on strategic operational needs, including but not limited to, reporting, educating, and training to increase relationship
– Responsible for all new deals and pre-empt clients as well as relationship management of existing clients
– Define detailed scopes of work and create proposals on a project
– Assign tasks/projects to proper teams. Asana, Clickup or similar tool experience required.
– Ensure all client deliverables are met
– Set up meetings with clients, relaying all important information to the appropriate teams
– Manage internal teams through all phases of project execution
– Monitor ongoing status of projects and communicate with clients to keep up to date
– Deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget projects to clients
– eCommerce experience in general would be huge (Shopify, VTex)
