Responsibilities:

– BIM Coordination: Utilize your expertise in BIM software, primarily Autodesk Revit, to develop, maintain, and oversee BIM standards, protocols, and templates. Ensure consistency across all project documentation.

– Documentation Development: Focus on creating accurate and well-organized submittal documents for architectural projects. Work closely with project teams to assemble drawings, specifications, and other necessary materials.

– Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM into the overall project workflow. Facilitate smooth communication and coordination across various disciplines.

– Interoperability and Data Transfer: Manage the interoperability of BIM models with other computational tools such as Rhinoceros and Grasshopper. Oversee the seamless transfer of data between these tools

– Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all BIM models and documents meet the required standards and guidelines. Review and validate documentation for completeness and accuracy.

– Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to project teams in BIM practices, software, and standards. Offer guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
